Responsibilities
- Process and verify a high volume of invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
- Manage the weekly payment run cycle, including check processing and ACH transactions.
- Assist with month-end close processes and financial reporting.
- Maintain organized digital and physical AP files.
- Communicate effectively with vendors and internal departments regarding payment status.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Bachelor's preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during weekend shifts.
