Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI solutions designed for the 2026 technological landscape.
- Lead the design of Agentic AI workflows, enabling autonomous agents to interact with complex enterprise systems.
- Optimize and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) for specific industry verticals.
- Implement robust MLOps pipelines to ensure model reliability, monitoring, and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI models into our core products.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, particularly in Generative AI and Semantic Search.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on Machine Learning/AI.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing LLM applications and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with vector databases and semantic search technologies.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
