Responsibilities
- Process and verify invoices for accuracy, completeness, and proper coding.
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and communicate effectively with vendors and internal departments.
- Manage the monthly AP close process to ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Maintain accurate records and reconcile accounts in our ERP system (SAP/Oracle).
- Assist in month-end and year-end reconciliation tasks and reporting.
- Support the finance team with ad-hoc analysis and administrative duties.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable experience in Accounts Payable.
- Proficiency with accounting software and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal control procedures.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
