Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoices and expense reports with precision
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies
- Manage payment cycles and ensure timely vendor payments
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams on budget controls
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Optimize AP processes using automation tools
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience in corporate finance
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAP) preferred
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and vendor relationship skills
- Knowledge of sales tax compliance and audit procedures
