Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Manage vendor communications and resolve payment discrepancies
- Reconcile AP sub-ledgers and GL accounts monthly
- Optimize invoice processing workflows using SAP and Oracle
- Assist with month-end closing and audit preparations
- Implement AP process improvements using automation tools
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite systems
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and AP best practices
- Strong Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance preferred
- Weekly pay availability and SF residency required
