Responsibilities
- Process and verify incoming invoices for accuracy and completeness.
- Reconcile accounts payable statements and resolve discrepancies with vendors.
- Prepare and issue payments via wire transfer, ACH, or check.
- Manage vendor relationships and answer inquiries regarding billing.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for financial records.
- Assist in month-end close processes specifically for the weekend team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or similar finance roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, or SAP).
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during the weekend shift.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
