Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies within 24 hours
- Execute weekend check runs and ACH payments for critical vendors
- Collaborate with international teams across time zones
- Maintain electronic filing systems for audit compliance
- Analyze spending patterns to optimize cash flow
- Support month-end closing processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience in a corporate setting
- Proficiency with SAP and Oracle financial modules
- Strong Excel skills with pivot table experience
- AP certification (CAPP) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of Washington state tax regulations
- Weekend availability required
