Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions and vendor invoices
- Perform 3-way matching and reconciliation of purchase orders, receipts, and invoices
- Manage payment processing and maintain vendor relationships
- Resolve discrepancies and investigate payment exceptions
- Generate monthly AP reports and assist with month-end closing
- Collaborate with procurement and accounting teams
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a weekend shift environment
- Associates degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
