Responsibilities
- Review, code, and process a high volume of invoices within weekly deadlines.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve billing discrepancies efficiently.
- Communicate with vendors to clarify invoice details and resolve payment issues.
- Perform month-end close procedures specifically for weekend batches.
- Ensure accurate data entry into the ERP system (NetSuite/SAP experience preferred).
- Maintain organized filing systems for all financial records.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles.
- Ability to work independently and accurately during weekend shifts.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in Accounting preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
