Responsibilities
- Process and verify high-volume invoices for accuracy and compliance.
- Perform bank reconciliations and vendor statement reconciliations.
- Resolve complex billing discrepancies and vendor inquiries promptly.
- Assist with month-end close procedures and financial reporting.
- Maintain accurate records in our ERP system (NetSuite/SAP).
- Collaborate with the procurement team to streamline purchasing processes.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
- 2-3 years of proven experience in Accounts Payable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Must be available to work alternating weekends (Saturday/Sunday) or specific weekend shifts.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
