Responsibilities
- Process and review high-volume invoices for accuracy, coding, and approval.
- Research and resolve vendor discrepancies and payment inquiries.
- Perform bank reconciliations and AP account reconciliations.
- Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
- Manage vendor master data and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in Accounts Payable.
- Must be available to work weekends on a rotating schedule.
- Proficiency in financial software (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite preferred).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail.
