Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.8% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies within SLAs
- Optimize invoice processing workflows using SAP and Oracle systems
- Collaborate with procurement on payment terms and early payment discounts
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and internal audit requirements
- Lead month-end closing activities for AP sub-ledger
- Mentor junior AP specialists on process optimization
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience
- Expert proficiency in SAP AP module and Oracle Financials
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros)
- SOX compliance and internal control documentation experience
- CPA or CMA certification preferred
- Weekend shift availability (Sat/Sun 6am-2pm)
- Proven track record in process improvement initiatives
