Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions and vendor payments
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies within SLAs
- Execute month-end closing activities and financial reporting
- Collaborate with procurement teams on invoice processing workflows
- Maintain digital financial records in SAP and Oracle systems
- Conduct internal audits for compliance and fraud prevention
- Optimize payment processes using automation tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in accounts payable processing
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
- Expertise in GL reconciliation and financial controls
- Proven ability to manage high-volume transaction processing
- Available for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 8am-4pm)
