Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoices accurately and within SLAs
- Manage vendor communications and resolve discrepancies
- Reconcile accounts payable sub-ledgers and statements
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and SOX requirements
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Collaborate with procurement and accounting teams
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- AP certification (CPA or CAPP) a plus
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
