Responsibilities
- Process and verify high-volume invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports
- Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve payment discrepancies promptly
- Execute accurate check runs and electronic payments within SLAs
- Maintain organized digital filing systems for financial documentation
- Collaborate with procurement and accounting teams on payment strategies
- Support month-end closing processes and financial reporting
- Adhere to SOX compliance and internal control protocols
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance or 3+ years AP experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, or similar ERP systems
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros)
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience with high-volume transaction processing
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- AP/AR certification preferred (CAPP, CTP)
