Responsibilities
- Process and verify vendor invoices for accuracy and timely payment
- Reconcile accounts payable sub-ledgers with general ledger
- Resolve payment discrepancies and vendor inquiries
- Execute weekly check runs and electronic payments
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Collaborate with procurement and accounting teams
- Support month-end closing activities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance required
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently on weekend shifts
- Experience with high-volume payment processing
- Accounts payable certification (APCP) a plus
