Responsibilities
- Process high-volume vendor invoices and expense reports
- Execute weekend payment runs and reconciliation
- Resolve payment discrepancies with vendors/clients
- Maintain accurate AP records in NetSuite ERP
- Collaborate with global finance teams
- Adhere to SOX compliance standards
- Optimize AP workflows using automation tools
Qualifications
- 3+ years accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in NetSuite or similar ERP systems
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday 8am-4pm EST)
- Associate degree in Accounting/Finance required
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAP) preferred
- Detail-oriented with 99.9% accuracy rate
- Remote work experience essential
