Responsibilities
- Process high-volume vendor invoices and expense reports with 99% accuracy
- Reconcile AP sub-ledgers and resolve payment discrepancies within 48 hours
- Collaborate with procurement and treasury teams for payment optimization
- Maintain digital filing systems and ensure SOX compliance documentation
- Conduct month-end closing activities and support audit requests
- Implement process improvements using SAP/Oracle systems
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience with night shift exposure
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to financial details
- Remote work experience and self-discipline
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) preferred
