Responsibilities
- Manage monthly close processes including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and ensure compliance with SOX regulations
- Conduct variance analysis and support budget forecasting initiatives
- Collaborate with audit teams during quarterly and annual reviews
- Maintain accurate financial records in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Provide financial insights to support strategic business decisions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (SAP/QuickBooks)
- Proven weekend shift availability (non-negotiable)
