Responsibilities
- Process and verify invoices for accuracy and proper coding.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve billing discrepancies efficiently.
- Manage the AP workflow in our ERP system (SAP or Oracle).
- Prepare monthly reports and support the month-end close process.
- Maintain vendor master files and address vendor inquiries promptly.
- Assist in internal audits and implement process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting.
- Proficiency with accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite preferred).
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business required.
