Responsibilities
- Manage and process a high volume of invoices accurately and within stipulated payment terms.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain and update the general ledger, specifically the accounts payable sub-ledger.
- Communicate effectively with vendors and internal departments regarding invoice status and queries.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes and financial reporting.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or related finance roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, or similar).
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and basic accounting concepts.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration preferred.
