Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoices and expense reports with 100% accuracy
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve payment discrepancies
- Reconcile AP sub-ledgers and GL accounts monthly
- Optimize invoice workflows using NetSuite ERP
- Assist in month-end closing activities
- Implement AP process improvements
- Comply with SOX controls and audit requirements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume AP experience
- Expert proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- NetSuite or ERP system experience required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- AP certification preferred (CAPP/CPP)
- Ability to thrive in urgent hiring timelines
