Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions within 48-hour SLA
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies proactively
- Manage 3-way matching for purchase orders and invoices
- Optimize payment cycles to maximize early payment discounts
- Collaborate with procurement team on vendor contract terms
- Generate monthly AP aging reports and KPI analytics
- Lead month-end closing activities for AP subledger
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAP) designation a plus
- Expertise in 1099 and TIN compliance requirements
- Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills
- BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities under pressure
