- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies within SLA
- Manage 3-way matching for purchase orders and invoices
- Optimize payment cycles using NetSuite ERP system
- Collaborate with procurement on vendor contracts and terms
- Prepare month-end closing reports and AP aging analysis
- Implement process improvements to reduce invoice processing time
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume AP experience in a corporate setting
- Expertise in NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle financial systems
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAP) preferred
- Proven track record of zero-audit findings
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to thrive in deadline-driven environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
