Responsibilities
- Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and payment requests with 100% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Manage payment cycles including check processing and ACH transactions
- Collaborate with procurement and accounting teams on vendor relationships
- Maintain organized digital records in SAP and NetSuite systems
- Support month-end closing and financial reporting initiatives
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience in a corporate setting
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite) and MS Excel
- Associate degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in high-volume environments
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
- Experience with 3-way matching and vendor management
