Responsibilities
- Process and verify high volumes of invoices for accuracy and completeness.
- Match purchase orders to invoices and resolve any discrepancies.
- Communicate with vendors to resolve billing inquiries and payment issues.
- Reconcile vendor statements and maintain up-to-date accounting records.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
- Prepare reports and maintain the AP aging schedule.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or General Accounting.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or Xero is highly preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
