Responsibilities
- Review, verify, and process high-volume invoices with a focus on 100% accuracy.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and vendor statement reconciliations.
- Resolve vendor inquiries and discrepancies via phone and email promptly.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all financial documents.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end close processes to ensure timely financial reporting.
- Utilize accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) to input and track data.
- Reconcile credit card statements and expense reports.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of progressive experience in Accounts Payable or General Ledger.
- Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and VBA macros are a plus).
- Associate’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (Bachelor’s preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable high-speed internet.
