Responsibilities
- Process 100+ invoices weekly using NetSuite and QuickBooks
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies within 48 hours
- Optimize payment cycles to maximize early payment discounts
- Manage 1099 contractor payments and tax compliance
- Collaborate with procurement on vendor contract terms
- Generate AP aging reports and KPI dashboards
- Lead month-end closing activities for AP subledger
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in NetSuite/QuickBooks and Excel (VLOOKUP/PivotTables)
- Strong GAAP compliance knowledge
- Experience with high-volume payment processing (500+ invoices/month)
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Remote work with stable high-speed internet
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance preferred
