Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies within 48 hours
- Optimize invoice processing using SAP and QuickBooks systems
- Coordinate with procurement teams on payment terms and discounts
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and GAAP standards
- Generate weekly AP aging reports and cash flow forecasts
- Train junior staff on AP best practices and system protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in AP automation tools (e.g., Tipalti, Bill.com)
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- SAP or QuickBooks certification preferred
- SOX compliance and audit experience
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines in remote settings
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
