Responsibilities
- Process and verify incoming invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any billing discrepancies or outstanding questions promptly.
- Manage the Accounts Payable aging report and ensure all payments are made according to payment terms.
- Collaborate with department managers and vendors to address invoice inquiries and resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate and organized digital and physical filing systems for all financial documents.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end close processes by providing timely financial data.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in an Accounts Payable role.
- Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite, or Oracle.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to spot errors in large volumes of data.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Must possess a reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
