Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoices and expense reports with 100% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Manage payment cycles including ACH/wire transfers and check processing
- Collaborate with procurement and accounting teams on financial controls
- Utilize SAP/Oracle to maintain updated vendor master data
- Conduct month-end close activities and AP reconciliations
- Support internal audits and compliance documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience in corporate finance
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks)
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP/Pivot Table expertise
- Strong analytical skills and attention to financial detail
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- Remote work experience with demonstrated self-discipline
- New York or Texas residency required (tax purposes)
