Responsibilities
- Process and verify vendor invoices for accuracy and timely payment
- Manage expense reports and reimbursements in compliance with company policies
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies with vendors
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for financial records
- Collaborate with procurement and accounting teams on payment processing
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Continuously improve AP processes through automation initiatives
Qualifications
- No prior accounts payable experience required
