Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoices accurately and timely within SAP and Oracle systems.
- Perform AP reconciliations and resolve vendor discrepancies efficiently.
- Review and approve expense reports and travel vouchers for compliance.
- Communicate with vendors regarding payment status and billing inquiries.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end close processes.
- Maintain accurate filing systems, both digital and physical.
- Identify process improvements to enhance AP workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
- Proficiency in SAP or Oracle financial modules is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and general accounting principles.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently during the Night Shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, especially Pivot Tables).
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Accounting preferred.
