Your Mission:
As our AP Specialist, you will be the gatekeeper of our financial integrity. You will process invoices, resolve discrepancies, and maintain strong vendor relationships—all while enjoying the unique focus that comes with the night shift.
Responsibilities
- Review and process high-volume invoices (A/P) with 100% accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Reconcile vendor statements and investigate and resolve any payment discrepancies or errors.
- Manage AP software (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) to ensure timely data entry and reporting.
- Communicate effectively with vendors and internal departments to resolve payment holds and billing questions.
- Maintain accurate audit trails and documentation for all financial transactions.
- Assist with month-end close processes and financial reporting as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a related finance role.
- Must be available to work the Night Shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or NetSuite) is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills with the ability to spot errors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
