Responsibilities
- Process and verify high-volume invoices and expense reports
- Manage vendor payments and resolve discrepancies
- Reconcile AP sub-ledgers and general ledger accounts
- Collaborate with global teams on financial operations
- Maintain accurate financial records in SAP/Oracle systems
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX regulations
- Support month-end closing procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance (or equivalent experience)
