Responsibilities
- Process and verify high-volume invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policy.
- Reconcile vendor statements and promptly resolve any discrepancies or payment issues.
- Manage the AP general ledger, ensuring timely and accurate posting of daily transactions.
- Maintain accurate vendor master data and perform data entry in our ERP system (SAP/Oracle).
- Assist with month-end close procedures, including accruals and financial reporting support.
- Communicate effectively with vendors regarding payment status and address inquiries professionally.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a related finance role.
- Proficiency with accounting software (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or BlackLine) is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and formulas).
- Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry and document review.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night shifts.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
