- Manage end-to-end billing processes for 500+ provider clients using Epic EMR systems
- Resolve complex claim denials and insurance disputes with 95% first-contact resolution rate
- Oversee AR aging reports and implement process improvements to reduce DSO by 15%
- Train junior staff on billing compliance and HIPAA regulations
- Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure accurate charge capture documentation
- Generate monthly financial reports for executive leadership review
- Conduct quarterly audits to ensure 100% coding accuracy
Qualifications
- 5+ years of medical billing experience with commercial and government payers
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or CPC-A credential required
- Expert proficiency in Epic Resolute and Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Advanced knowledge of CPT/ICD-10 coding and CMS regulations
- Proven track record of reducing DSO by 10%+
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or Finance preferred
- Strong analytical skills with ability to identify process bottlenecks
- Experience with EHR system migrations and implementations
