Responsibilities
- Process and verify incoming invoices for accuracy, completeness, and approval authorization.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies or billing errors efficiently.
- Enter and code data into ERP systems (SAP/NetSuite) with high data integrity.
- Manage the AP aging report and prioritize payments to meet critical deadlines.
- Communicate professionally with vendors regarding payment status and invoice questions.
- Assist in month-end close procedures and assist with financial reporting as needed.
- Maintain and organize both physical and electronic filing systems.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Accounts Payable.
- Previous experience working in a night shift role is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite experience is a plus).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Index/Match, Pivot Tables).
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night hours.
