Responsibilities
- Process and verify high-volume vendor invoices for accuracy, coding, and authorization.
- Reconcile accounts payable statements and resolve billing discrepancies with vendors.
- Manage the month-end and quarter-end AP close processes, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Perform data entry and system updates within our ERP software (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Communicate with internal departments and external vendors to clarify invoice details.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all financial documents.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable experience in Accounts Payable or General Ledger.
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or NetSuite preferred).
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a night shift setting.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in Accounting is a plus).
