Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile 100+ daily accounts payable transactions with 99.8% accuracy
- Manage vendor communication and resolve payment discrepancies within SLAs
- Utilize SAP and Oracle systems for invoice processing and payment scheduling
- Conduct monthly account reconciliations and support financial audits
- Collaborate with procurement and treasury teams for payment optimization
- Maintain organized digital records and compliance documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (SAP/Oracle)
- Associates degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines in fast-paced environments
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- AP certification (CAPP) preferred
