Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and ensure timely vendor/client transactions
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for leadership
- Prepare and maintain accurate tax documentation and compliance records
- Lead budgeting and forecasting initiatives to support strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvements and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate sector
