Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoices and expense reports with 99.8% accuracy
- Reconcile AP ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies daily
- Execute month-end closing procedures within SLAs
- Collaborate with global vendors across time zones
- Implement process improvements using SAP/Oracle systems
- Manage 1099 vendor compliance documentation
- Train junior AP staff on night shift protocols
- Generate financial reports for executive leadership
Qualifications
- 5+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or PeopleSoft)
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Night shift availability (10 PM - 6 AM CST)
- CPA or CMA certification preferred
- Experience with international payment processing
- Proven fraud detection and prevention abilities
- BS/BA in Accounting or Finance required
