Responsibilities
- Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and payment requests with precision
- Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies through proactive communication
- Execute timely payments via ACH, wire transfers, and check disbursements
- Maintain accurate financial records in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle experience preferred)
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly and annual compliance reviews
- Optimize AP workflows to reduce processing time and errors
- Support month-end closing activities and financial reporting
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with high-volume transaction processing
- Professional certification (CPA, CMA) is a plus
