Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies within 48 hours
- Coordinate with international suppliers across multiple time zones
- Optimize payment cycles to maximize early payment discounts
- Maintain electronic filing systems with audit-ready documentation
- Collaborate with procurement and treasury departments
- Support month-end closing procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience in high-volume environments
- Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or comparable ERP systems
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros)
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAP) preferred
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience with 1099 processing and tax compliance
