Responsibilities
- Process and code high volumes of invoices (both PO and non-PO) accurately and efficiently.
- Match purchase orders to receiving documents and ensure all supporting documentation is complete.
- Perform monthly and weekly account reconciliations to maintain financial integrity.
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve invoice discrepancies and payment inquiries.
- Utilize accounting software to enter data and generate reports for management review.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes as needed.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for audit purposes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable experience in Accounts Payable or related finance roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to detect errors in data entry and reporting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for vendor interactions.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night shifts.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
