Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoice payments and expense reimbursements within SLAs
- Conduct three-way matching for purchase orders, receipts, and invoices
- Resolve payment discrepancies and vendor inquiries with urgency
- Maintain accurate AP records in Oracle ERP system
- Collaborate with international teams for cross-border payments
- Prepare month-end closing reports and reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and internal audit requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of high-volume accounts payable experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Oracle ERP or SAP system expertise required
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Professional certification (e.g., CAPP, APFC) preferred
- Bilingual in English/Spanish highly desirable
