Responsibilities
- Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and payment requests with exceptional accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Execute electronic payments and maintain updated payment logs
- Collaborate with international teams across time zones during night shift hours
- Maintain organized digital filing systems for all AP documentation
- Support month-end closing procedures and financial audits
- Implement process improvements to enhance AP efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on accounts payable experience
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite preferred)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Associates degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently during night shift (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Excellent communication skills across remote teams
- Professional certification (e.g., CAPP) a plus
