Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions including invoice verification, coding, and payment processing
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies within 24-hour turnaround
- Maintain accurate vendor files and payment records using ERP systems
- Coordinate with procurement and finance teams to resolve payment inquiries
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with company policies and SOX regulations
- Optimize invoice processing workflows for efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts payable or finance role
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Strong attention to detail with error detection abilities
- Associates degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
