Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoices and payments with precision and timeliness

- Utilize ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) for transaction processing and reporting
- Support month-end closing procedures and financial audits
- Maintain compliance with UK financial regulations and internal controls
- Optimize AP workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce processing time
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of UK accounts payable experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- ERP system expertise (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- Strong understanding of UK VAT and payment regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Relevant finance degree or ACCA/CIMA part-qualified
