- Process and validate invoices for accuracy and timely payment

- Maintain accurate financial records in ERP systems

- Optimize AP processes for efficiency and cost savings

Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Associate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Night shift availability required (10 PM - 6 AM)
- AP certification (CAPP) a plus
